• 1. Is the price per apartment or per person?
  The prices indicated are per apartment.
  
  
• 2. At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 03.00 pm. To 7.00 pm.
  Check-out: before 10.00 am.
  
  
• 3. Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, all linens and towels are provided by us.
  
  
• 4. Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
  Yes, all apartments have satellite TV.
  
  
• 5. Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No
  
  
• 6. Is heating included in the price?
  No.
  
  
• 7. Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
  
  
• 8. Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian and English.
  
  
• 9. Are there quiet, private, romantic apartments?
  All apartments are quiet and romantic, some apartments have Jacuzzi in the bathroom.
  
  
• 10. Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Same apartments have outside eating area, but there is a communal terrace
  
  
• 11. Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
  
  
• 12. Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this?

• 13. Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, at the ground floor (on booking).
  
  
• 14. Is there a swimming pool?
  Yes.
  
  
• 15. Is parking or garage available?
  Yes there is a parking.
  
  
• 16. Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in Chiusi (Avis) at about 20 Km. It is also possible to rent a car at Pisa/Florence airports.
  
  
• 17. Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  The grocery store is at 2 Km in Valiano, the supermarket is at 12 Km Montepulciano.
  
  
• 18. Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, 25 hectars of vineyards surround the property.
  
  
• 19. How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa, Perugia, Assisi from the Property?
  Florence 90 Km, Siena 50 Km, Pisa 150 Km, Perugia 45 Km, Assisi 80 Km.

  Valiano di Montepulciano (2 Km).

  No, but some apartments have Jacuzzi in the bathroom.

  Only in the low season.
  
  
• 26. Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?

  Apartments are on the ground floor and first floor.
